Instructions for Preparing Final Copy for the Proceedings

Please prepare a ZIP file using the instructions below and upload to EasyChair by Monday, 28th July.

Your contribution may be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. You have the templates available on the Springer authors’ page.

If LaTeX is used

Submit a ZIP file, using your EasyChair author account, containing the following items:

  • LaTeX (.tex) file named with the last name of the first author
  • All the LaTeX sources needed to compile your camera‑ready paper
  • Final PDF file named with the last name of the first author
  • title.txt: contains the title of the paper on the first line
  • authors.txt: one line per author, using format:
    <FirstNames> <LastName> <email>
  • Please mark the contact author with * at the end of the line.
    Example of a paper authored by Maria Rossi and José Salgado:
    Maria Rossi maria.rossi@myuni.xy
    Jos\’e Salgado jsalgado@hisuni.yx*
  • In authors.txt any accents or special characters must be in LaTeX style (e.g., Jos\’e).

If You Use Microsoft Word

Submit these three files (via your EasyChair author account):

  • MS Word file named with the last name of the first author
  • Final PDF file named with the last name of the first author
  • Copyright form (scanned signed consent to publish) as PDF, named:
    [last_name_of_first_author]cr.pdf

Instructions to Authors for Paper Submission

Paper Guidelines

  • Regular papers should be at most 12 pages (including references, figures, and tables).
  • Short papers should be 6 pages.

Templates

Authors must prepare papers using the available LaTeX or MS Word templates. LaTeX is preferred for text containing mathematical formulae, but MS Word submissions are also acceptable.

Submission Process

  • All papers go through a rigorous review process. Accepted papers will be presented by their authors at the UKCI 2025 conference.
  • All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to Springer for inclusion in the Advances in Computational Intelligence Systems series, subject to formatting and copyright requirements. All the papers should be presented during the workshop.
